The Reserve Bank of India keeps on announcing some facility on the day it comes to provide good facilities to its customers. In this, RBI has again made a big announcement for its millions of customers. For crores of customers, the RBI has extended the time limit of real time gross settlement (RTGS) system.
RTGS will now start from 7 am for customers instead of 8 am. This new facility given by RBI will start from 26 August 2019. Currently the time limit of RTGS system is from 8 am to 6 pm.
RTGS is a full form real time gross settlement system. That is, through this you can immediately transfer money. By transferring money through this, the money goes into someone’s account in no time.RTGS is used for transfer of more than two lakh rupees.
Through this, you can transfer money to another account immediately. But when banks are discharged, this facility is closed.
