If other parts of the country are connected, 29 deaths have occurred due to floods and rains so far. The rains have caused havoc in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. School-colleges have been closed in many cities including Lucknow, Varanasi. Heavy rain has been warned in Bihar for the next three days. Such heavy rainfall is also not good for farmers.
