The Supreme Court has taken the case of the disappearance of a student who accused BJP leader Chinmayananda of sexual abuse. A bench headed by Justice R Bhanumathi will hear the matter on 30 August.

It is noteworthy that some women lawyers had taken up the case of the disappearance of a student accused of sexually abusing BJP leader Chinmayananda from the Supreme Court and asked the court to take cognizance of the case. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi had said that you hand over the papers. Hearing will be considered.

The lawyers said that they do not want the Unnao case to be repeated once again, accusing Swami Chinmayananda, the college’s director and former Union Minister of State for Home Affairs.It is noteworthy that a 23-year-old girl studying law had posted a video related to allegations of sexual abuse on social media. The girl has since been missing since August 24. A case of kidnapping and criminal intimidation has been registered against Swami Chinmayananda.
